Born and raised in Preston, Lancashire, I’ve always been driven by a deep passion for success. After early business ventures in the UK, I relocated to Dubai in the early 2000s, where I saw immense opportunity in the booming real estate market. Over the years, I built my property company from the ground up, expanding my operations to both London and Dubai, where I am now headquartered. However, as much as I’ve found success, my journey has also taught me valuable lessons, especially about the importance of doing things the right way.

In 2016, I faced a significant challenge when I became involved in a VAT fraud case in Germany. This was a turning point in my life. The situation led to a three-year prison sentence, and it was a period of deep reflection for me. I’ve come to realize that while success can be alluring, shortcuts in business never lead to true, sustainable achievement. I made a mistake, and I own that fully. What I’ve learned from this experience is that integrity is everything, and real success only comes when you take the right path, without compromising your values.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to rebuilding not only my business but also my personal values, ensuring that everything I do aligns with my commitment to ethical practices. My family—my wife, a brilliant author, and our three boys and two girls—has been my biggest support system throughout this journey. Their love and belief in me have fueled my drive to set a positive example for them.

Family is at the core of everything I do, and I’m committed to leaving a legacy they can be proud of. My philanthropic work through the Salya Charitable Trust reflects this commitment, with efforts focused on providing healthcare and education to underprivileged communities in rural Gujarat. Through the trust, we’ve built schools, homes, and medical facilities, making a real difference in people’s lives. I’ve also merged my passion for fitness with my charitable goals, participating in marathons to raise funds for causes like disaster relief and children’s medical surgeries.

Now, with my business anchored in London and Dubai, I remain committed to success built on integrity, determination, and a desire to leave the world a better place. My story is one of growth—not just in business, but in character—and I hope it serves as a reminder that success is only meaningful when achieved the right way.
